Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Article 1 bis - Age Restrictions
Age restrictions apply: the Seller does not permit individuals under the age of 18 to use the Service. We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products, and services to minors. Although the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world.
Any subscriber who does not meet these criteria will be immediately removed from our database upon notification. Similarly, any customer who does not meet these criteria will be refunded, and the return of the product(s) in question will be requested.
Article 2: Placing an Order
By placing an order for Products through the Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Article 3: Price
Prices are quoted in Dollars ($). As these are downloadable digital products, there are no shipping costs. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.
Article 4: Customer Information
If you wish to place an order for Products available on the Service, you will be asked to provide certain information relevant to your order, including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit or debit card or other payment method in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for payment processing purposes to facilitate the completion of your order.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including for pre-order products.
Payment can be made through various available payment methods, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express, or online payment methods (e.g., PayPal).
Payment cards (credit or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the order.
Article 6 - Delivery and Access to Digital Products
The products offered are digital content (Ebooks, PDFs, Videos). No physical shipping is performed. Immediately after payment, the Customer will receive an automated email containing the link to download the purchased material. It is the Customer's responsibility to provide a correct and functioning email address. In the event of non-receipt of the email (e.g., if it ended up in spam), the Customer may contact support to receive a new manual delivery.
Article 7 - Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.

Article 9 - Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
Pursuant to current legislation (Consumer Code), the Customer expressly accepts that, since this concerns digital content provided via non-material support, the right of withdrawal is forfeited the moment the download or access to the file begins. By purchasing the product, the Customer agrees to lose the right of withdrawal once the download/access procedure has started.
Article 10 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the sales of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer's place of residence (if in the EU) or the courts of Nardò/Lecce - Italy (for non-consumer or non-EU customers, to the extent permitted by law).
